Commercial Bridge Loans

Commercial Bridge Loans are ideal for properties that are not yet fully stabilized and more time is needed to be eligible for traditional financing. We can provide a short-term bridge loan while you work to get your property in order. During this time, we will work closely with you in preparing your exit strategy to secure long-term financing. Other times, borrowers who have been approved through their local back or financing institution may not be able to close for 3-4 months, during that time we can provide a short-term bridge loan which will be paid back when the senior loan closes, satisfying your immediate financial needs.
